Project Management is the king of this element. At every stage we ensure that the hard work we put into the design is adhered too, any changes are tracked and costed, payments are listed out and crucially we keep to the program. Any building work can be stressful of course, but we ensure to focus on the consideration of the space and the people within it, be that a retail, commercial or residential space.

Can Grace & Favour work remotely?

Yes we can and have on my occasions. Once we have your brief and an understanding of the space to work with, everything can be designed from wherever you are in the world.

Why do I need Grace & Favour?

With any project the information is in the detail and the sooner you have this the better. We have seen many projects delay and go way over budget as design decisions are being made way too late into the build. Get the design right at the start and the journey to a successful build is easy. The hard yards should be at the design stage where it's easy to make changes, not the build.

What do Grace & Favour require from me?

All we need is to understand the space and your likes and dislikes. These can be sent to us as a pinterest board, by Whatsapp, email or whatever is easiest for you.

Do Grace & Favour do the build?

As far as the ‘general building works’ is concerned for the foundations, the brickwork, the roof and all the dirty bits that's not us, however we can assist with project management for these works if required. We come in when you have the space built, or drawn, then work with you to develop and deliver your design.

Are Grace & Favour Interior Designers?

Yes we are, and much more. We take your vision and work with you to guide your design thoughts and make them a reality. We have many years of experience and numerous happy clients to prove we can deliver the designs we produce together.
